I have been in the real estate industry since 1997 and hold licenses in GA, NC and TN.  I specialize in the land investment and second home market.  My experience in land development has given me the opportunity to be involved in every aspect of selling a mountain homesite from working with professionals in the fields of surveying and soil testing to helping builders choose the best homesites to build the ultimate mountain getaway.
